At Sunrise Living, we take pride in the purity of our organic oils and the quality of our glass packaging. Every order is packed with the utmost care to ensure it arrives safely at your door, ready for your wellness ritual.
1. Our "Safe-Glass" Packaging Guarantee
We understand that shipping glass requires extra attention.

10ml to 200ml Bottles: Secured in custom-fit, protective cushioning to prevent movement.

500ml & 1 Litre Bottles: Double-wrapped in heavy-duty eco-padding and shipped in reinforced corrugated boxes.

Amber Glass Integrity: Our bottles are designed to be durable, but if the unthinkable happens and a bottle arrives broken, we’ve got you covered (see Section 5).
2. Processing & Dispatch Times

Standard Orders: We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days.

Peak Periods: During sales or holiday seasons, please allow up to 3 business days for dispatch.

Tracking: Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
3. Australian Shipping Rates & Estimates
We ship nationwide across Australia using Australia Post

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (Flat rate of $[Insert Price] or FREE on orders over $140

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (Available at checkout).

Regional Areas: Please allow an additional 3–4 business days for delivery to rural or remote locations.
4. Authority to Leave (ATL)
By default, our couriers will look for a safe place to leave your parcel. If you require a signature for delivery (especially for larger 1L glass orders), please specify this in the "Order Notes" at checkout.
5. Damaged or Broken Items
While we use premium protective packaging, glass can occasionally be damaged in transit.

The 24-Hour Rule: Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

What to do: If a bottle is broken, take a clear photo of the damaged item and the packaging and email it to admin@sunriseliving.com.au within 24 hours of delivery.

Our Promise: We will send a replacement out to you immediately at no extra cost.
6. International Shipping
Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes incurred upon arrival.
