How to Use

• Hair care: Start with a small amount, smooth through hair lengths, then wash out with shampoo. Follow the product label directions.
• Bulk DIY use: Decant only what you need into a clean, dry container using clean utensils. Keep water out of the main bottle and close it promptly.
• Formulations: Follow a tested recipe and the ingredient suppliers’ instructions for the intended application. Make a small trial batch before scaling up.

Dilution & Precautions

• Castor oil has a thick texture. It can be blended with a lighter carrier oil for easier spreading; follow your tested formulation rather than a universal dilution ratio.
• Adding castor oil does not make an essential oil safe for every use. Follow each essential oil supplier’s application-specific dilution limits and warnings.
• Patch test before wider use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
• For external use only. Do not swallow. Avoid contact with eyes and do not apply to eyelashes. Keep out of reach of children.

Storage & Shelf Life

• Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
• Use clean, dry dispensing equipment and avoid introducing water into the bottle.
• Follow the expiry or best-before date and any after-opening instructions supplied with your batch. Decanting or blending does not extend that date.
• If no date is supplied, contact us for batch-specific shelf-life information before long-term storage or making a large DIY batch.
• Do not use if the oil develops an unusual smell, appearance or other signs of deterioration.
